What I won't do

I won't take on more than 6 fractional clients at once. If I'm full, I'll tell you and refer you to someone good.

I won't promise to be your CTO 'for life.' Most founders should hire a full-time CTO around Series A. My job is to get you there and hand off cleanly.

I don't do hourly billing. Monthly retainers only. Hourly billing makes me optimize for hours, not outcomes.

I won't pretend my engineering team is in Miami. The senior strategy is US/Israel. The execution is India. I'll introduce you to the team leads.

Is this just consulting, or do you actually build things?

How is this different from hiring a junior CTO full-time?

A junior CTO learns on your dime and often struggles with architecture scaling. You get 20 years of experience with us, avoiding the costly mistakes of a first-time leader.

What happens if I outgrow the fractional model?

That's the goal. When you reach Series A and need a full-time CTO, we help you hire, vet, and smoothly transition leadership to them.

Can you replace my existing dev agency?

Yes. We often take over from failing agencies, stabilize the codebase, and manage a new squad to deliver predictably.

Do you sign NDAs before the intro call?

We don't need to discuss proprietary IP on the first call. If we decide to proceed to a written proposal, we are happy to sign an NDA.

What stage do most of your clients raise at after working with you?

Many of our clients successfully raise Seed or Series A rounds after we stabilize their tech and prove the product's scalability.
