Why I built GotYourTech
Most non-technical founders I meet are paying too much for tech help they don't trust. Either they hired a junior CTO too early and are stuck managing them, or they're being quoted $200K+ a year for a senior CTO they can't afford, or they're working with an agency that won't tell them when a feature is a bad idea.
I started GotYourTech because the fractional CTO market is full of consultants who've never shipped a product. I'm not a consultant. I'm currently the CTO of a US startup — they're a client of my agency, with full disclosure to their board. That dual role is the unfair advantage I bring to your company: I'm not theorizing about engineering leadership. I'm doing it this week.

How my team works
I don't pretend my engineers are in Miami. Here's how it actually works: I run strategy from Miami and Tel Aviv. My senior engineering leads are spread across Israel and India. Production engineering happens primarily in India, where I've built a vetted network of about 150 specialists over the last decade. Companies like GitLab and Atlassian run the same model. The difference is I'll tell you upfront and introduce you to the team leads.
